ByChamorea does not accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selections made by the customer, or other buyer preference reasons. Take your time ordering , it no rush … you’ll get what you’re looking for .

If you receive an item damaged or your jewelry tarnishes you should contact us immediately … Anything after 48hrs after delivery isn’t on us to replace.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is, then, responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them at 1-800-275-8777.
 If you look at the tracking and your package has been delivered to the wrong state , reach out by email to make sure the address mistake isn’t on our end !
